The Role: Customer Support / Success Executive
Location: London (Liverpool Street) but working from home.

Package: £30,000 basic plus time x 1.5 after 1800pm = salary will be in excess of £40,000. Great benefits including 25 days holiday off for your birthday, pension, BUPA health, gym membership.

Shift pattern to support USA market – Monday to Friday 1630pm through to 0100am.

This role is a London based position but will be supporting the West Coast of America and the office in Los Angeles.

Please note, the working hours are 1630pm to 0100am Monday to Friday but with overtime @ x1.5 from 1800pm to compensate. That will guarantee a package in excess of £40,000

It’s working from home for now and then offer a mix of WFH and occasional work in the London office @ Aldgate East but this is working for one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK, with a real presence out in the USA and across the World.

This is a company that is in a good place post lockdown, as their SaaS products and solutions give a huge amount of flexibility within the workplace and commercial real estate sector.

This is a 1st line support role, and you’ll be first point of contact for customers, typically through Intercom chat platform, Salesforce cases, or incoming calls.

We’re looking for someone with that IT sector technical background, and this is a customer support role.

It’s your interface skills that are key, so the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and spoken terms that are key as after training, you’ll be troubleshooting any potential reported bugs and then when needed, provide necessary steps to escalate to the technical support team (engineers/development)

In a nutshell, it’s providing first class software support to business customers, alongside ensuring they are getting the most value of their market leading SaaS / software platforms through training and education.

Got some flexibility on this but in a perfect world, a technology support role from a SaaS service provider into business customers.

We think this is a role for someone who comes from that technology sector live chat / 1st line support background who is keen to progress, in a market leading, global technology company and doesn’t mind working the shift pattern to support the USA market (And earn the enhanced money that goes with it!)

The Company:
This company are the market leader in their sector in the UK and are based between London (HQ), New York and West Coast USA so you’ll be supporting platforms & technology that is growing rapidly across the world. This technology is especially appropriate at the moment due to remote and flexible working, and the ability to offer easy to use, workspace solutions that allow the customer a high amount of automation and autonomy.

Due to the shift pattern, you’ll get overtime @ x1.5 for hours worked after 1800pm. This is guaranteed and would represent a sizeable uplift in salary. Example, £30,000 basic would equal just over £40,000 in total. In addition, you’ll get BUPA private health, 33 days holiday, life assurance and free gym membership.
